Upon obtaining a pewter sextant (or any sextant for that matter), you
will be given two sets of numbers everytime you look at it. The first
number being the west to east number (x axis), and the second number
being north to south (y axis). There are four planes in Materia Magica:
Alyria, Faerie Plane, Underworld, and a fourth very special plane - the
Ethereal Void. Everyone starts off in Alyria and you will have to find
alternate means to journey to the other three planes. These areas have
their own set of x-y sextant values.
