Quest items are unique and extremely hard to obtain. You need to find a questmaster (such as Lord Vendredi in Sigil) and ask him for a quest. Upon successfully completing a quest, you get an average of 50 quest points. You can then use those points to buy unique items from any questmaster. Since it is fairly time consuming to get quest points, you need to make sure the items you buy are really what you want. Below are cities where you can buy quest items, along with a description of each.
